Pronounced (get wild) Guit Wild Guitars is a how to do video series produced by Perry Novak. The purpose is to help Guitar Players or any one who is interested in designing and building their own Guitar and have basic wood working knowledge..

Designing and building a Guitar won’t save you money. So why build one when there are so many great name brand Guitars on the market like “Gibson, Fender and Paul Reed Smith”? The answer is exotic shapes, woods, pickup combinations, color, fat neck, thin neck there are countless reasons for building your own Guitar.

In 1975 while attending LaSalle Sr. High School in Niagara Falls, New York, Perry built his first Guitar a copy of a Gibson Flying V with a Fender Stratocaster neck. After completing that Guitar Perry was hooked and has been building Guitars for the last 35 years.
Perry is a self-taught luthier and has developed a lot of these methods through trail and error. The Guit Wild Guitar series is designed to take you through each step and save you any aggravation in figuring out how to accomplish each task. The hardest part will be finding the right tools. Whether you purchase or borrow them make sure your tools are in a good safe working order. Remember to take your time and wear protective gear such as safety glasses and earplugs.
